Summary
CVE-2023-25105 is a buffer overflow vulnerability affecting the vtysh_ubus binary in Milesight UR32L v32.3.0.5. The issue arises due to the usage of an insecure sprintf function. A maliciously crafted HTTP request can exploit this vulnerability, resulting in arbitrary code execution. An attacker with elevated privileges can send the harmful request to trigger the buffer overflow, specifically in the set_ike_profile function, within the secrets_remote variable.
