Summary
CVE-2023-25095 is a critical buffer overflow vulnerability affecting the vtysh_ubus binary in Milesight UR32L v32.3.0.5. This issue arises due to the unsafe usage of sprintf format strings in the set_qos function. A maliciously crafted HTTP request can exploit this flaw, leading to arbitrary code execution. An attacker with high privileges can trigger these vulnerabilities by sending specific HTTP requests, taking advantage of two possible format strings that represent negated commands.
