Summary

CVE-2023-22073 is a vulnerability in the Oracle Notification Server component of Oracle Database Server. The affected versions are 19.3-19.20 and 21.3-21.11. This vulnerability can be easily exploited by an unauthenticated attacker with access to the physical communication segment attached to the hardware where the Oracle Notification Server executes, allowing them to compromise the server. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Notification Server data, with a confidentiality impact of low. The CVSS 3.1 Base Score for this vulnerability is 4.3.
