Summary

CVE-2023-22045 is a vulnerability in Oracle Java SE, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition, and Oracle GraalVM for JDK. The affected versions include Oracle Java SE 8u371, 11.0.19, 17.0.7, and 20.0.1; Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition 20.3.10, 21.3.6, and 22.3.2; and Oracle GraalVM for JDK 17.0.7 and 20.0.1. This vulnerability could be exploited by an unauthenticated attacker with network access through multiple protocols to compromise the affected products, potentially resulting in unauthorized read access to certain data accessible by these products. The vulnerability can be exploited using APIs in the specified component, such as through a web service supplying data to the APIs or in sandboxed Java Web Start applications typically used in client-side deployments of Java applications.
