Summary
CVE-2023-22007 is a vulnerability affecting Oracle MySQL Server versions 5.7.41 and prior, as well as 8.0.32 and prior. This issue, which has a base score of 4.9 in CVSS 3.1, allows a high-privileged attacker with network access to exploit the replication component via multiple protocols. Successful exploitation can lead to a denial-of-service (DoS) attack, resulting in frequent crashes or a complete hang of the MySQL Server.
