Summary
CVE-2023-21247 is a vulnerability affecting BluetoothScanningMainSwitchPreferenceController.java in certain devices. The issue lies in the getAvailabilityStatus function, where a permission check is missing. This omission allows an attacker to bypass device policy restrictions, resulting in local privilege escalation without requiring any additional execution privileges or user interaction.
