Summary

CVE-2023-21149 is a vulnerability affecting the Android operating system. In the ShannonRcsService.java file, specifically in the registerGsmaServiceIntentReceiver function, there is a missing permission check. An attacker can exploit this flaw to activate or deactivate the RCS (Rich Communication Services) service, resulting in local privilege escalation.
