Summary
CVE-2023-20892 is a heap overflow vulnerability affecting vCenter Server. This issue arises due to the uninitialized memory usage in the DCERPC protocol implementation. A malicious actor with network access to vCenter Server can exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on the underlying operating system hosting the vCenter Server.
