Summary
CVE-2023-1602 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Short URL plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in versions up to 1.6.4, allows authenticated attackers with administrator-level permissions to inject malicious web scripts into comments. These scripts will execute when an unsuspecting user accesses an injected page, potentially leading to data theft or unauthorized account actions.
