Summary

CVE-2022-46480 is a vulnerability affecting the Ultraloq UL3 2nd Gen Smart Lock's Bluetooth LE stack in firmware version 02.27.0012. An attacker can exploit this issue by incorrectly managing sessions and reusing credentials. As a result, they may intercept the unlock code, allowing them to unlock the device while being within Bluetooth range. This weakness poses a significant risk, particularly in public areas or environments where unauthorized access could be a concern. Users are advised to update their firmware as soon as possible to mitigate this issue.
