Summary

CVE-2021-4404 is a vulnerability in the Event Espresso 4 Decaf plugin for WordPress versions up to and including 4.10.11. The vulnerability is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) issue caused by missing or incorrect nonce validation on the ajaxHandler() function. This allows unauthenticated attackers to manipulate notifications by tricking site administrators into taking actions, such as clicking on a malicious link.
