Opportunities and Locations

UX Designer (Gothenburg, Sweden)

As a UX designer at Recorded Future, your primary focus will be to make sure we build the right thing. Then, to build it right. You will be sketching concepts for things that have never been done before, and pushing pixels in our smallest icon set on the same afternoon. We work in short iterations, sometimes your designs are in the hands of the customers in a matter of days. You will be part of an amazing team and your work will have a significant impact on the end product.

Business Development Representative (Boston, MA)

In this position you’ll act as part of the sales team interfacing closely with marketing to develop new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should be eager to advance in our organization and have keen business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts.

  • Surface and develop qualified sales opportunities
  • Work with inbound marketing to cultivate customer/prospect relationships

Customer Success Consultant (Boston, MA)

You’ll work as part of our growing services team that manages accounts throughout their time as Recorded Future users. The team manages all things customer: onboarding and product training to consulting about information security use cases and technical integrations to fielding support cases all in the name of customer joy.

Recorded Future already works with some of the most ambitious companies and organizations on the planet to solve challenging intelligence problems. Your days will be spent working closely with those customers ensuring their success with our web intelligence technology and offering new ways to positively impact their business.

You will be a problem-solving expert discussing new technology with top companies, and serving as the nexus between Recorded Future and our customers, you must be passionate about a great customer experience as well as building a great product.

Account Executive (London)

In this position you will develop the UK territory, drive engagement and build relationships with new prospects, resulting in bookings and revenue attainment in excess of your goals.

As an experienced account manager you will manage a large UK territory, multiple opportunities and projects at the same time, and provide management with an accurate view and forecast. Your knowledge of the FTSE 100, combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities will help shape our commercial business. You should have the confidence to target, educate, and persuade new customers to use Recorded Future products and technologies in new and creative ways that benefit their business.

Data Scientist (Boston, MA)

We are organizing the internet for analysis. Our databases contain billions of records for millions of entities. Our blogs illustrate some ways to analyze that data but we are just scratching the surface. You have the tools and the fearlessness to take on this data: financial applications, geopolitical implications, forecasting, network analysis, etc.

You’ll help us build the value of the dataset: ontologies, new sources, and data modeling. You will define and execute innovative projects across relevant portions of our content. You are a data scientist and expert in the relevant areas of Computer Science, Machine Learning and Statistics as well as possessing the data jiu jitsu skills that are always required to convert tables of data into insights.

Your skills in data visualization will help you communicate your results. And you aren’t the only one using this data. Our customers are involved in extensive analytic projects as well. You will become the master of our APIs and work with customers to implement the approaches that are critical for their applications.

Pre-Sales Engineer (Boston, MA or Washington, D.C.)

You’ll work with our commercial sales team and deployment engineers in pre-sales situations to solve challenging problems at major corporations. You’ll lead complex enterprise pilots and assist with deployment of our solutions to ensure success. You should have a combination of engineering skills, an analytic mindset and business savvy. You should also excel with technology and with presenting technical solutions to customers.
