What is the difference between Platform and Solution Packages?
Platform Packages are the simplest, most cost-effective way to purchase Recorded Future. They combine cross-domain capabilities and scale with your needs and maturity.
Solution Packages focus on individual domains, such as Digital Risk Protection or Third-Party Risk. They can be purchased individually, combined, or added to a Platform Package.
How is Recorded Future priced?
Pricing depends on the Package, organization-size tier, add-ons, services, and additional capacity selected.
For most Packages, organization size — measured by unique workforce credentials — is the primary pricing metric. This provides a predictable baseline that scales with potential threat exposure, with no limits on users or integrations.
Each Package includes defined usage and capacity, such as API calls, scanned assets, and monitored organizations. Additional capacity is available as needed. Named-user licensing is also available for smaller or earlier-stage deployments.
What about support?
Every Package includes Standard Support at no additional cost, covering onboarding, access to pooled technical resources, self-service training, and technical support.
