Termes et conditions
1 Guided on-boarding is a one-time service provided at time of the customer first subscribing to Recorded Future.
2 Access to Technical Account Management Team is subject to a minumum spend on Recorded Future product offerings.
3 Advisory Workshops conducted by the TAM (Technical Account Manager) are limited to a maximum of 6 per year and require scheduling with at-least 60 days notice.
4 High-touch product training is limited to virtual open enrollments only and for a maximum of 15 individuals per year.
5 The Professional Services team will align on scheduling and frequency of engagements at the beginning of each 12 month period aligning to customer requirements.
6 Dark Web purchases are subject to applicable legal and compliance requirements. The service covers acquisition of data for sale on dark web auto-shops and does not include threat actor engagements. Sources often rely on transitory or ephemeral infrastructure and we cannot guarantee the ability to acquire requested information.
7 The above entitlements for Premium Success only apply to customers purchasing on or after February 1st, 2026. Customers on the legacy premium support package purchased first on or before January 31st 2026 must upgrade to the latest premium success package to receive all benefits.
