Summary
CVE-2025-46459 is a Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Ralf Hortt's Confirm User Registration software. The flaw stems from improper neutralization of user input during web page generation. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability to inject malicious scripts into the application, leading to unintended execution of malicious code in users' browsers. This issue poses a significant risk, especially in scenarios where an attacker can manipulate a victim into visiting a specially crafted webpage. Versions 2.1.5 and older of the Confirm User Registration software are impacted.
