The issue, present in all versions up to and including 6.0.2, arises due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the form-submission.js script. This flaw enables authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to inject malicious web scripts that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Successful exploitation could result in unintended actions or data exposure for the affected WordPress site. Users are strongly advised to update to the latest version of the plugin to mitigate this risk.
