Summary
CVE-2025-3077 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Betheme theme for WordPress. This issue, present in versions up to 28.0.3, arises due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes in the Button shortcode and Custom CSS field. Consequently, authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher can inject malicious scripts into pages. These scripts will be executed whenever a user accesses an injected page, posing a significant security risk.
