CVE-2025-2893: A critical vulnerability affects the Gutenverse – Ultimate Block Addons and Page Builder plugin for WordPress. The issue, present in all versions up to 2.2.1, stems from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes in the countdown block. This flaw enables authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher to inject malicious web scripts, which execute whenever a user visits an injected page.
