Details
Summary
CVE-2025-2797 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting the Woffice Core plugin for WordPress. Versions up to and including 5.4.21 are impacted. The issue lies in the 'woffice_handle_user_approval_actions' function, which lacks proper nonce validation. This allows unauthenticated attackers to approve user registrations via forged requests, provided they can get a site administrator to perform a specific action, such as clicking on a link. Successful exploitation could lead to unauthorized user registration and subsequent unauthorized access to the affected WordPress site.
