Summary
CVE-2025-27419 is a Denial of Service (DoS) vulnerability affecting the open-source Portuguese language Web Manager for Institutions, WeGIA. The flaw enables unauthenticated users to cause the server to become unresponsive by engaging in aggressive spidering. This issue arises due to the application's inability to effectively manage and handle large volumes of requests when dealing with dynamically generated URLs, leading to a recursive crawling problem. WeGIA's version 3.2.16 addresses and resolves this vulnerability.
