Summary
CVE-2025-2551 is a newly identified vulnerability impacting unsupported D-Link DIR-618 and DIR-605L routers running firmware versions 2.02 and 3.02. This issue has been classified as problematic due to improper access controls in the /goform/formSetPortTr file. An attacker must have local network access to exploit this vulnerability, which allows them to gain unauthorized access. The exploit for this vulnerability has been made public, increasing the risk to affected devices. Importantly, only routers that are no longer supported by the manufacturer are affected.
