Summary

CVE-2025-24259 is a vulnerability affecting macOS, where an application can bypass entitlement checks to access Safari bookmarks without proper authorization. This issue has been resolved in the latest versions of macOS Ventura 13.7.5, macOS Sequoia 15.4, and macOS Sonoma 14.7.5. Previously, an app could gain unauthorized access to a user's Safari bookmarks, compromising their privacy. With the latest updates, additional entitlement checks have been implemented to prevent such unauthorized access.
