Summary

CVE-2025-2360 is a critical vulnerability affecting the UPnP Service component of D-Link DIR-823G 1.0.2B05_20181207 routers. The SetUpnpSettings function in the /HNAP1/ file is the target, where manipulation of the SOAPAction argument results in improper authorization. This issue can be exploited remotely, making it a significant threat. The vulnerability has been made public, increasing the risk of attacks. Unfortunately, this vulnerability only impacts devices that are no longer supported by the manufacturer.
