Summary
CVE-2025-23558 is a newly identified vulnerability affecting the digfish Geotagged Media application. This issue combines a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) weakness and a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. The CSRF flaw enables an attacker to submit malicious requests on behalf of a user without their knowledge. Meanwhile, the Stored XSS vulnerability allows an attacker to inject malicious scripts into web pages viewed by other users, potentially leading to data theft or unauthorized actions. The Geotagged Media software versions from n/a through 0.3.0 are reportedly impacted by this issue.
