Summary

CVE-2025-21489 is a vulnerability affecting Oracle E-Business Suite's Oracle Advanced Outbound Telephony component (version 12.2.3-12.2.10). This easily exploitable issue allows unauthenticated attackers, with network access via HTTP, to compromise the Oracle Advanced Outbound Telephony system. Successful attacks require human interaction and may expand the attack surface to impact additional products. The vulnerability grants attackers unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of data within Oracle Advanced Outbound Telephony. The base score, according to the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) version 3.1, is 6.1 for both confidentiality and integrity impacts.
