Summary
CVE-2025-21347 is a newly disclosed Denial of Service (DoS) vulnerability affecting Microsoft's Windows Deployment Services. This issue allows an attacker to send specially crafted packets to a targeted system, causing it to enter an infinite loop and become unresponsive. As a result, the affected server is rendered unable to respond to legitimate requests, resulting in a denial of service condition. This vulnerability poses a significant risk to organizations that rely on Windows Deployment Services for their imaging and deployment infrastructure, as it can be easily exploited over the network without requiring authentication.
