Summary

CVE-2025-21302 is a remote code execution vulnerability affecting the Windows Telephony Service. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability allows an attacker to execute arbitrary code on the targeted system. This issue occurs due to insufficient input validation during the handling of specially crafted RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol) packets.
