Summary
CVE-2025-21223 is a remote code execution vulnerability affecting the Windows Telephony Service. An attacker can exploit this flaw by sending a specially crafted RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol) packet to a targeted system. Successful exploitation allows the attacker to execute arbitrary code in the context of the affected service, potentially leading to significant security risks. Microsoft released a security update to address this issue. It is strongly recommended that users apply the patch as soon as possible to mitigate potential attacks.
