CVE-2025-2078

Summary

CVE-2025-2078 is a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the BlogBuzzTime for WP plugin for WordPress. This issue, which exists in all versions up to 1.1, stems from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the admin settings. Authenticated attackers, including those with administrator-level permissions, can exploit this vulnerability to inject arbitrary web scripts. These scripts will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page, posing a significant security risk. This vulnerability only impacts multi-site installations and installations where unfiltered_html has been disabled.
