Summary

CVE-2025-1802 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the HT Mega – Absolute Addons For Elementor plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in all versions up to 2.8.3, allows authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access or higher to inject malicious scripts. The vulnerability stems from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, making it possible for attackers to execute their scripts whenever a user accesses an injected page. Although version 2.8.3 contains a partial patch, it is essential to update to the latest version to mitigate the risk completely.
