Summary

CVE-2025-1490 is a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Smart Maintenance Mode plugin for WordPress. Versions up to and including 1.5.2 are vulnerable due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the 'setstatus' parameter. An attacker can exploit this flaw by injecting arbitrary web scripts, potentially leading to the execution of malicious code.
