Summary
CVE-2025-1437 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Advanced iFrame plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in all versions up to and including 2024.5, stems from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes in the 'advanced_iframe' shortcode. Authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher can exploit this flaw to inject malicious web scripts into pages. Upon accessing an injected page, the scripts will execute, posing a significant security risk.
