Summary
CVE-2025-1061 is a vulnerability affecting the Nextend Social Login Pro plugin for WordPress. The issue, present in versions up to 3.1.16, stems from insufficient user verification during the Apple OAuth authentication process. This flaw enables unauthenticated attackers to bypass authentication and assume the identity of any existing user on the site, including administrators, if they have access to the user's email address. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could result in unauthorized access and potential data breaches.
