Summary

CVE-2025-1005 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the ElementsKit Elementor addons plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in all versions up to 3.4.0, allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher to inject malicious web scripts. The vulnerability arises due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes within the plugin's Image Accordion widget. Consequently, any pages containing the injected scripts will execute the malicious code whenever a user accesses them.
