Summary

CVE-2025-0981 is a Stored Cross Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting ChurchCRM 5.13.0 and earlier versions. An attacker can exploit this flaw in the Group Editor page by injecting malicious JavaScript into the description field. This allows the attacker to capture the session cookie of authenticated users, enabling session hijacking. Moreover, the vulnerability can lead to information disclosure, as the exposed session cookies can be used to impersonate users and unauthorized access to sensitive information.
