Summary

CVE-2025-0804 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the ClickWhale plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in all versions up to 2.4.1, allows authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access or higher to inject malicious scripts into link titles. These scripts are then executed whenever a user accesses an injected page, posing a significant security risk for websites utilizing the plugin. The root cause is insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the plugin.
