Summary

CVE-2024-9694: A critical vulnerability affects the CMSMasters Elementor Addon plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in versions up to and including 1.14.7, allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above to execute arbitrary web scripts. The flaw is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes in multiple widgets, enabling injected pages to run malicious code whenever accessed.
