CVE-2024-9624

Summary

CVE-2024-9624 is a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability affecting the WP All Import Pro plugin for WordPress, versions 4.9.3 and below. This issue arises due to the lack of SSRF protection on the pmxi_curl_download function. An attacker, who has Administrator-level access or higher, can exploit this vulnerability to send malicious web requests from the WordPress application to arbitrary locations. The consequence can include the exposure of internal information from linked services and, on cloud platforms, the potential reading of Instance metadata.
