Summary
CVE-2024-9442 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the F4 Improvements plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in all versions up to 1.9.0, allows authenticated attackers with Author-level access or higher to inject arbitrary web scripts. The vulnerability stems from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping during SVG file uploads. As a result, any user accessing an infected SVG file will execute the injected scripts.
