CVE-2024-9372 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the WP Blocks Hub plugin for WordPress, impacting all versions up to and including 1.0.2. This issue arises due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, enabling authenticated attackers with Author-level access or higher to inject arbitrary web scripts in SVG files. These scripts will execute whenever a user accesses the infected SVG file, posing a significant security risk.
