Summary
CVE-2024-9074 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Advanced Blocks Pro plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in all versions up to 1.0.0, stems from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping during SVG file uploads. Consequently, authenticated attackers with Author-level access or higher can inject malicious scripts into pages. These scripts will execute whenever a user accesses the compromised SVG file, posing a significant security risk.
