Summary
CVE-2024-7319 is a new vulnerability discovered in openstack-heat. Although a fix was previously implemented for CVE-2023-1625, it was found to be incomplete. This flaw allows sensitive information to be potentially exposed when using the OpenStack stack abandon command. The issue becomes more serious when the hidden feature is enabled and the CVE-2023-1625 patch has been applied. Users are strongly advised to apply a complete and updated patch to mitigate this risk.
