CVE-2024-6790 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting Arm Ltd's Bifrost, Valhall GPU Kernel Drivers, and Arm 5th Gen GPU Architecture Kernel Drivers. A non-privileged user process can exploit an "Infinite Loop" issue in these drivers, leading to system unresponsiveness. Affected versions include r44p1, from r46p0 through r49p0, and r50p0 through r51p0 for all three drivers. The vulnerability enables valid GPU memory processing operations, potentially through WebGL or WebGPU.
