Summary

CVE-2024-6225 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability affecting the Booking for Appointments and Events Calendar plugin for WordPress. The issue lies in the admin settings of the plugin, where input sanitization and output escaping have not been sufficiently implemented. This vulnerability enables authenticated attackers with administrator-level permissions to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages. These injected scripts will execute whenever a user accesses the affected page. This vulnerability only impacts multi-site installations and installations where unfiltered_html has been disabled.
