Summary

CVE-2024-5717 is a critical Command Injection vulnerability affecting the Logsign Unified SecOps Platform. This issue enables remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on impacted systems, despite requiring authentication for exploitation. The root cause lies within the platform's HTTP API, where a user-supplied string is not adequately validated before being used to execute system calls.
