Summary

CVE-2024-54530 is a vulnerability affecting password autofill on macOS Sequoia 15.1, watchOS 11.1, visionOS 2.1, iOS 18.1, and iPadOS 18.1. Despite authentication failure, password autofill may inadvertently provide the incorrect password, potentially exposing user accounts. This issue has been rectified in the subsequent upgrades to these operating systems, including macOS Sequoia 15.2, watchOS 11.2, visionOS 2.2, iOS 18.2, and iPadOS 18.2.
