Summary

CVE-2024-52823 is a DOM-based Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.21 and prior. This issue allows an attacker to inject malicious scripts into a victim's browser session by manipulating a DOM element through a malicious link or user input. Exploitation requires user interaction, increasing the risk for attacks on unsuspecting users. Successful exploitation grants the attacker the ability to execute arbitrary code within the victim's browser context. Adobe recommends users update to the latest version to mitigate this vulnerability.
