CVE-2024-52599

Summary

CVE-2024-52599 is a vulnerability affecting the Tuleap open source software development and collaboration suite. In versions prior to Tuleap Community Edition 16.1.99.50 and Tuleap Enterprise Edition 16.1-4 and 16.0-7, a malicious user with the ability to create an artifact in a tracker with a Gantt chart can force victims to execute uncontrolled code. This issue poses a significant security risk, potentially allowing attackers to exploit the vulnerability for malicious purposes. Tuleap Community Edition 16.1.99.50 and Tuleap Enterprise Edition 16.1-4 and 16.0-7 have since been patched to address this issue.
