CVE-2024-52463 is a Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Kat Hagan Post By Email application. The weakness lies in the improper neutralization of user input during web page generation. An attacker can exploit this flaw to inject malicious scripts into web pages viewed by other users, potentially stealing sensitive information or taking control of their sessions. The vulnerability affects all versions of Post By Email up to and including 1.0.4b.
