Summary
CVE-2024-52340 is a newly discovered Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Marty Thornley Photographer Connections software. The flaw, which permits Stored XSS attacks, occurs during the web page generation process. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by injecting malicious scripts into the application, potentially stealing user data or taking control of their sessions. The issue affects all versions of Photographer Connections from n/a through 1.3.1. Users are strongly advised to update their software as soon as a patch is released to mitigate this risk.
